  • Other countries (e.g. USA): Where we transfer data to countries without an adequate level of data protection (according to the Federal Council's country list), we protect this data through recognized standard contractual clauses, rely on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where the recipient is certified) or on statutory exceptions (consent, contract performance).
